摘　　要：药源性心律失常非常隐匿,但很常见。加强鉴别和筛查药源性心律失常对疾病的预防、治疗和预后都有很重要的作用。该文主要描述了药源性心律失常的发病机制及引起药源性心律失常的可能药物,指出其预防策略。临床医生应该意识到发生药源性心律失常的危险因素并采取必要的措施来加以缓解。Drug-induced arrhythmias is very hidden,but very common.To identify and screen drug-in-duced arrhythmias is very important in the prevention,treatment and the prognosis for such patients.This ar-ticle mainly describes the mechanism,the possible of drugs caused drug-induced arrhythmias and the preven-tion strategy.Doctors ought to realize that drug-induced arrhythmias risk factors and take necessary measures to ease them.
