摘　　要：人力资源管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,是一项综合的、复杂的系统工程。基于科技型企业人力资源管理的特点,分析了科技型企业人力资源管理现状及存在的问题,提出了加强科技型企业人力资源管理的建议。Human resources management is an important component of modern enterprise management,and it is a comprehensive and complicated systematical project.Based on the characteristics of human resources management in science and technology enterprises,the status and problems of human resources management are analyzed,meanwhile some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
