摘　　要：介绍一种用于输送含有固体颗粒的二相流体的浆体泵,简述其工作原理、结构以及主要参数设计。样机在黄金选矿厂进行的半工业试验取得良好效果:尾矿浆输送流量50 m3/h,输送压力2.5 MPa,浆体浓度26%,整机效率71%,运行时间980 h。The paper introduces a slurry pumps for transferring two-phase flows containing solid particles.Its working mechanism,structure and main design parameters are introduced.The semi-industrial test of the model machine obtains ideal effects,the tailings slurry transportation flow is 50 m3/h,the delivery pressure is 2.5 MPa,the slurry concentration is 26 %,the overall efficiency is 71 % and the runtime is 980 h.
