摘 要:目的:探讨饮食干预对尿毒症患者行维持性血液透析的营养状况和相关并发症的影响作用。方法:采用随机抽签法对76例维持性血透的尿毒症患者进行分组,对实验组38例尿毒症患者进行饮食干预(包括集中分散授课、饮食计划、督促定期生化检查、定期回访),对照组38例患者的饮食未进行特殊限制,比较干预前后患者各项生化指标和相关并发症发生率的效果评估。结果:干预前两组患者各项生化和并发症发生率无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组患者各项生化指标明显改善,并发症发生率降低,有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:提高尿毒症患者的生存质量和生存率应从指导患者的饮食着手。Objective Diet intervention on patients with uremia and Hemodialysis - related.
