摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定不同来源红花中对香豆酸含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液（18∶82）为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长308 nm,柱温30℃。结果：对香豆酸线性范围为0.0211-0.422μg·mL^-1;平均回收率（n=6）为99.98%,RSD为1.2%。结论：该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为红花的质量控制方法。Objective：To determine p-coumaric acid in Carthamus tinctoriu L.of various sources by HPLC.Methods：The determination of p-coumaric acid was performed on a Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column;The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid（18∶82）at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1;The detecting wavelength was 308 nm and the column temperature was set at 30℃.Results：The linear range of p-coumaric acid was 0.0211-0.422 μg·mL^-1;The average recovery（n=6）was 99.98% with RSD of 1.2%.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used to control the quality of Carthamus tinctorius.
