气相色谱外标法测定川贝枇杷糖浆中薄荷脑的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立气相色谱外标法测定川贝枇杷糖浆中薄荷脑的含量。方法：采用SE-30毛细管柱（30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm）;载气：N2;FID检测器;检测器温度220℃,进样口温度200℃,分流比10∶1,程序升温。结果：采用外标法测定川贝枇杷糖浆中薄荷脑的含量,在0.20-0.98 mg.mL-1范围内,呈良好的线性关系（R2=0.9990）,平均回收率为99.46%。结论：所建立的方法（外标法）简便可行,重现性好,可用于川贝枇杷糖浆中薄荷脑含量的测定。Objective：To establish GC with external standard method to determine menthol in Chuanbei Pipa syrup.Methods：SE-30（30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm） capillary column was used with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector.The column temperature rise programming with split ratio of 10∶1.The detector temperature was 220 ℃,and the sample injection temperature was 200 ℃.Results：The linear range menthol was 0.20-0.98 mg·mL^-1（R^2=0.9990）,which showed good linearity,and the average recovery was 99.46%.Conclusion：The method is convenient,reliable and reproducible so that it can be used to determine menthol in Chuanbei Pipa syrup.
