摘 要:探讨了一种测定纸浆中微细胶黏物含量的新方法——电导率法。实验采用PVA、丁苯胶乳、乳化石蜡作为微细胶黏物的模型物,对加入胶黏物纸浆的电导率进行了测量。分别研究了三种胶黏物成分及其混合物对纸浆体系电导率的影响及其相互关系,对PVA、丁苯胶乳、石蜡乳液及混合物含量与电导率进行多项式拟合;然后分析三个单一胶黏物曲线方程与混合胶黏物曲线方程之间的相互影响,使用MATLAB软件对三个曲线方程进行多元拟合得出混合胶黏物含量与电导率的相关性模型;最后,通过实验对数学模型进行了验证。结果表明:该数学模型相关系数R2=0.9894、自由度F=426.8920,具有显著相关性。A new rapid measurement method to predict the microstickies content in pulp by using conductimetric method was developed in this paper.PVA,styrene butadiene latex(SBL),wax emulsion,which prepared in the laboratory,were used as the models of microstickies.The conducti-metric rate of stickies added pulp was measured.The effect of three kinds of sticky elements and other compounds on the conductimetric rate of the pulping system and their relationships were studied respectively.PVA,styrene butadiene latex(SBL),wax emulsion and their mixed contents were simulated.Then the relationship between the equation for three single sticky curves equations and equation for mixed stickies curve were analyzed.A mathematical model for mcrostickies of pulp was established with the fitting equations of mixed microstickies and three kinds of stimu-lants of microstickies by MATLAB software.Finally the mathematical model was tested by experiment.The results show that the correlative coefficient R2 is 0.9894,the degree of freedom F is 426.8920,having posi-tive correlation between conductimetric of microstickies and the contents of microstickies in pulp system.
