牛皮纸浆过氧化氢轻漂工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了马尾松硫酸盐本色浆过氧化氢轻漂工艺,经过正交优化实验,以及对比目标牛皮纸色相参数,获得的最佳轻漂工艺条件是:过氧化氢用量1.1%,氢氧化钠用量0.5%,硅酸钠用量3.0%,硫酸镁用量0.5%,螯合剂DTPA用量0.06%,浆料浓度10%,反应温度60℃,反应时间25min;轻漂后浆料色相值是:明度L*73.29,色度是a*4.68,b*22.60,白度29.0%ISO,与目标值相比,明度、白度高,红值偏弱,黄值偏强。红外光谱分析表明:在1634cm-1处发色基团的峰减弱,减少了纸浆的发色基团,从而改善了纸浆的颜色。Clean hydrogen peroxide of Masson’s pine sulfate kraft pulp was studied in this paper.By using orthogonal experiment and compared with the target value,resultant optimal parameters of the slight hydrogen peroxide bleaching for kraft paper were H2O2 1.1%,NaOH 0.5%,Na2SiO3 3%,MgSO4 0.5%,DTPA 0.06%,pulp consistency 10%,temperature 60℃,reaction time 25min.After that,color parameters were L 73.29,a 4.68,b 22.60,and the brightness 29.0%ISO,whose L and brightness were higher than the target kraft paper,while as for chroma,less redness and a little high yellowness were obtained.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） in-dicated that at 1634cm-1 wave number,ape of chromophore groups was weakened,leading to improving the chroma of pulp.
