摘  要:主要研究SAE(苯乙烯—丙烯酸聚合物乳胶)与阳离子淀粉施胶剂复配对纸张物理性能和喷墨打印质量的影响。通过选择两种类型的SAE与阳离子淀粉进行不同比例复配施胶,寻找能够有效改善纸张喷墨打印性能的施胶比例。结果表明:阴离子SAE与淀粉复配,在绝干比为1:8时,阶调再现范围为0.171~1.293,拓宽了原纸中暗调表现范围,实地密度比原纸提高9.9%;阳离子SAE与淀粉复配,当绝干比为1:8时,阶调再现范围为0.170~1.273,对原纸的暗调和中间调改善较大,实地密度提高8.3%。在改善线条清晰度方面,二者均明显减少油墨对纸张的横向渗透,毛刺现象显著降低。阴离子SAE与淀粉复配,能够较明显扩大色域。The effect of the composition of styrene acrylic polymer emulsion(SAE) with cationic starch as a sizing agent on the physical and ink-jet printing performance was studied in the paper.The best proportion of SAE to cationic starch was found out by selecting two kinds of SAE with their variable proportion to cationic starch.The results show that when anionic SAE and starch are mixed at a ratio of 1:8,the tone reproduction range is 0.171 to 1.293,which widens the base paper color scope in the shadow,making color density increase by 9.9%.When cationic SAE and starch are mixed at a ratio of 1:8,the tone reproduction range is 0.170 to 1.273,which widens the middle and shadow tone,making color density increase by 8.3%.Both of them can significantly reduce the ink horizontal infiltration on pa-per,lower the burr appearance and line clarity.When anionic SAE and starch are mixed,the color gamut can be expanded significantly.
