摘　　要：压榨毛毯是造纸机的贵重物品,真空吸水箱的真空脱水和压区脱水决定纸张出压榨部的干度,真空度和压榨压力是能耗的重要指标,最大限度地降低能耗,增加脱水是压榨部的迫切要求。Press felt is the expensive consumable material in paper machines.The paper dryness out of the press section is determined by the dewatering in suction box and press nip.Vacuum degree and linear pressure are the important factors relating to energy con-sumption.It is the urgent demand for press section to minimize the energy consumption and to increase the dewatering to large extent.
