摘　　要：介绍了高浓黑液提取机单机和机组的结构、工作原理、性能特点。详细介绍了(四+四+四)串联洗浆机组,对浆料多次反复压榨、稀释、搅拌、打散,提取高浓黑液,洗涤浆料的过程。该机组是一个兼有挤压、扩散和置换作用的洗涤系统。检测证明,碱法麦草浆黑液提取率达到91.35%,COD去除率为91.82%。并详尽论述了滤网防护、置换水的平衡等。The structure,working principle and characteristics of a single extraction with high concentration and the combined unit were introduced.A combined unit in series connection consisting of ＂four＋four＋four＂ was described in detail,which includes a washing system with press,diffusion and displacement by repeated press,dilution,agitation and dispersion to wash pulp.The testing proved that alkaline extraction rate of wheat straw black liquor can reach 91.35%,COD removal rate can reach 91.82%.The filter protection and the water balance for replacement were also discussed in detail.
