摘　　要：我国建筑业推行工程总承包模式势在必行。然而,从传统模式向工程总承包的转变却进程缓慢。承发包模式的变迁实质是制度的变迁。文章从制度变迁的角度,分析了我国承发包模式变革缓慢的原因。推行工程总承包模式中,面临的"鸡蛋相生"困境、较高的预期成本、外部性和路径依赖等因素是问题的关键。针对这些影响因素,给出了相应的建议。It is imperative under the current situation to push the project general contracting mode in our country. However, the transformation from traditional construction mode to project general contracting is slow. Virtually, the change of contract mode is the institutional change. From the perspective of the institutional change, this paper analyzes the reasons why reforming of contract mode moves more slowly. And then, this paper points out that factors such as dilemma of chicken and egg, high expected cost, externality and path dependence are the keys to solve problems. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions.
