摘  要:中国社会经济迅速发展,社会生产中劳动过程的性质与内容剧烈变动,导致社会劳动过程中雇佣关系发生深刻变化。作为雇佣关系基本组成部分之一的劳动者群体的特征发生显著变化,劳动力市场分割趋势日益明显,处于劳动力市场不同层面的高端劳动力群体与低端劳动力群体,在雇佣关系中呈现出不同特点。本文认为,作为高端劳动力群体组成之一的企业核心技术人员,在工作中的知识占有特征,是影响雇佣关系中员工谈判力,进而导致高科技企业雇佣关系出现新特征的重要因素。本文对技术员工的知识占有特征进行了初步分析,希望这种新特征及其对于雇佣关系的深刻影响获得更多的关注。With rapid socioeconomic development in China, the nature and content of labor process in social production changes dramatically, leading to a profound change in the employment relationship. With significant change of workers' characteristics--part of the employment relationship, the segmented trend has become increasingly obvious in different aspects of the labor market. It appears different characteristics in the employment relationship for high skill and low skill labor groups. In this paper we argue that, in the possession of characteristics of knowledge, core technical staff who is one of the high-end composition, will impact on employee bargaining power in employment relationships, which lead to the emergence of new high-tech enterprise features. This research conducted a preliminary analy^is on knowledge possession characteristic of technical staff, in the hope that people will pay more attention on the new features and the profound impact.
