摘  要:目的:观察益肾活血解毒汤对实验性急性心肌缺血家兔心电图,血清一氧化氮(NO)含量、血浆内皮素(ET)含量和心肌组织超微结构的影响,探讨其保护缺血心肌的作用机制。方法:将24只健康青紫蓝兔随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、益肾活血解毒汤组、复方丹参滴丸组,每组6只,在结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立急性心肌缺血模型基础上,监测各组动物心电图、血清NO含量、血浆ET含量和心肌组织超微结构。结果:模型组与空白对照组比较,其血清NO水平明显下降(P<0.01),血浆ET水平明显上升(P<0.01),ST段明显抬高;益肾活血解毒汤组及复方丹参滴丸组与模型组比较,其血清NO水平明显上升(P<0.01),血浆ET水平明显下降(P<0.01),ST段抬高程度显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:益肾活血解毒汤能改善血管内皮功能,减轻心肌超微结构损伤,具有保护缺血心肌的作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction on electrocardiogram,serum nitric oxide(NO) content,plasma endothelin(ET) content and ultrastructure of myocardial tissue of experimental acute myocardial ischemia rabbits,and to explore the protective mechanism for myocardial ischemia.Methods:24 healthy pigmented rabbits were randomly divided into control group,model group,Yishen Huoxue Decoction group,CSDP group,6 in each group.Based on the modeling acute myocardial ischemia in the anterior ligation of the left coronary artery,ECG,serum NO levels,plasma ET content and myocardial ultrastructure in each group were monitored.Results:The serum NO levels of model group decreased significantly(P0.01),plasma ET levels were significantly increased(P0.01) and ST segment was elevated significantly compared with those of control group.Compared with those of model group,serum NO levels were significantly increased(P0.01),plasma ET levels were significantly decreased(P0.01) and ST-segment elevation significantly lowered(P0.01) in Yishen Huoxue Decoction group and CSDP.Conclusion:Yishen Huoxue Decoction can improve endothelial function,reduce myocardial ultrastructural damage,and have a protective role in myocardial ischemia.
