摘 要:以盛花初期分别喷施300 mg·kg-1多效唑和50 mg·kg-1赤霉素的库尔勒香梨树体的花萼为试材,研究其在花萼发育期间萼筒显微结构的差异。结果表明,经赤霉素处理的萼筒组织结构中维管束的面积较大,发育早期维管束中只有导管,但随着萼筒的发育,逐渐出现了大量的筛管细胞和异细胞,保证了花萼养分和水分的供应,没有离层的形成,最终萼筒不脱落,果实发育成宿萼果。经多效唑处理的萼筒在发育过程中维管束中只有导管,未见有筛管和异细胞的形成,花萼中水分和养料的供给缺乏,导致萼筒在发育后期出现了离层,萼筒脱落,果实发育形成脱萼果。The difference of calyx tube microstructure at calyx developing stage was observed after spraying 300 mg·kg-1 PP333 or 50 mg·kg-1 GA3 at florescence in Korla Fragrant pear.The results showed that the average area of vascular bundle of calyx tube tissue was bigger when the tree was treated with GA3,and vascular bundle only had vessel at the early calyx developing stage.With the calyx tube developing,many sieve tube cells and idioblasts gradually appeared,which provided calyx with nutrients and moisture,prevented calyx tube from abscission layer formation and resulted in the formation of persistent calyx fruit at last.When the tree was treated with PP333,young fruit calyx tube only had vessel in vascular bundle,no sieve tube cells and idioblasts were observed,abscission layer appeared at the late young fruit calyx tube developing stage,calyx tube broke off and young fruit became no calyx fruit at last.
