摘 要:为优化200mm×1300mm立式板坯连铸结晶器浸入式水口,采用1:1水模型模拟研究水口结构参数(侧孔断面.40mm×80mm,40mm×40mm和侧孔角度+15°和-15°)以及工艺参数(浸入深度-100~130mm,拉速0.45~0.65m/min)对液面波动的影响。结果表明:水口结构参数对液面波动的影响较明显;侧孔断面40mm×40mm,侧孔角度+15°的2#水口的使用性能相对较好;浸入深度对液面波动量的影响不大;拉速对液面波动的影响与水口结构有关,对拉速变化的敏感程度由大到小的次序是2#水口(40mm×40mm,+15°),4#水口(40mm×40mm,-15°),3#水口(40mm×80mm,-15°),1#水口(40mm×80mm,+15°)。In order to optimize the submerged entry nozzle (SEN) for 200 mm ×1 300 mm vertical slab casting mold, the effect of parameters of nozzle structure (cross section dimension of side port- 40 mm ×40 mm and 40 mm ×80 mm, and angle of port- + 15° and - 15° ) and process parameters ( submerged depth 100 - 130 nun and casting speed 0. 45 - 0. 65 m/rain) on fluctuation of liquid level has been simulated and studied by 1 : 1 water model. Results show that the effect of nozzle structure parameters on fluctuation of liquid level is more obvious and the structure of 2# nozzle with side port dimension 40 mm ×40 mm and angle of port + 15 ° has better service performance; the effect of submerged depth on fluctuation of liquid level isn' t appreciable ; and the effect of casting speed on fluctuation of liquid level relates to nozzle structure, and the descending order of sensitivity of nozzle structure to casting speed is nozzle 2# (40 mm ×40 mm, + 15° ), nozzle 4# (40 mm×40 mm, -15°), nozzle 3#(40 mm ×80mm, -15°) and nozzle 1#(40 mm ×80 mm, + 15°).
