摘 要:为获取工业设计领域设计过程中的动态知识,提出一种基于问题方案共进模型转化信息的方法。通过讨论工业设计知识基本概念,指出了该领域存在大量隐性知识和创新知识空间不断扩张的特征。面向概念设计案例,通过口语报告采集过程信息。通过识别知识源,基于已有概念体系定义高价值信息。面向不良定义的设计问题,通过划分问题空间和方案空间,形成了用于描述创新过程的问题方案共进模型,并构建设计要求与方案本体的基本框架。利用该模型划定设计过程中的重要节点,面向节点调用本体,并标示本体之间的关系,进而捕捉工业设计知识,采用框架层级结构输出。最后,通过应用知识获取管理系统,以闪存U盘的设计知识获取、转化为例,验证了该方法的正确性。In the industrial design areas,a method for information translation based on the co-evolution model of problem solution was put forward to acquire the dynamic knowledge from design process.The basic concepts of industrial design knowledge were discussed;the characteristics in this area were pointed out,which had a great deal of tacit knowledge and expanding spaces of innovation knowledge.The information of design process was collected by the oral report from the cases of concept design.After the knowledge resource was identified,the high value information was defined by the existing system of concepts.Facing the ill-defined design problems,a co-evolution model of problem solution was formed to describe the innovation process by distinguishing the problem space and solution space.At the same time,the general frameworks of ontology for design requirements and solutions were also built up.The important nodes were determined by the above model.And the industrial design knowledge of the nodes was captured by adopting the relevant ontology,and signing the relationships among the ontologies.The format of output was of level structure of frameworks.In the end,the system of knowledge acquisition management was established to test the above methods by the cases of flash disc form design knowledge acquisition translation.
