CT定位下微创穿刺清除术治疗高血压脑出血(附60例分析)

摘　　要：于ＣＴ定位下采用颅内血肿穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血患者６０ 例。结果血肿基本清除需要３天５ 例，５天２１例，７ 天２６ 例，１０ 天４ 例。３～７ 天死亡６ 例，死亡率１０％ 。认为本穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血创伤轻微、疗效显著，适用于各种年龄、颅内各部位出血患者，对外囊及非主要功能区中等量出血疗效极佳。cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated by the method of puncture under the CT Results showed that time of removeing the mostly part of the hematoma was 3 to 5 days,5 cases last for 3 day,21 cases 5 day,26 cases 7 days,4 cases 10 days 6 cases died in 3 to 7 days in all,the mortulity rate was 10% It is regarded that there are many advantage for this method to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,like shight traumatic,good curative effect,fit for any age any part and quantity of intracerebral hemorrhage,especially for those whose intracerebral hemorrhage locate in external capsule or unimportant functional area and middle quantity
