摘 要:目前的管道内检测器摩擦阻力主要采用将皮碗唇边过盈变形简化成圆筒受压变形模型进行计算,不满足气体管道内检测器受力分析的需要。为此,建立了皮碗式输气管道内检测物理模型,导出其在水平管道平稳运移条件下皮碗的结构参数与驱动压差间的关系,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,影响内检测器稳定运行的主要因素是皮碗与管壁的接触长度、皮碗厚度及皮碗唇部长度,皮碗厚度对压紧力的影响比较大;建立的内检测器运动和受力方程与试验结果一致。The frictional resistance of the inner detector in the pipeline is currently calculated mainly through the model which simplifies rubber cup lip interference deformation as cylinder compression deformation,which cannot satisfy the requirement of analyzing the stress of the inner detector in the gas pipeline.Therefore,the physical model for internal detection of the cup-style gas pipeline was established,deriving the relationship between the structural parameters and driving pressure differential of the cup in the stable migration of the horizontal pipeline and verifying it through the test.The result showed that the major factor to influence the smooth running of the inner detector was the contact length between the cup and the pipe wall,the cup thickness and the length of the cup lip.The cup thickness had great effect on the pressing force.The established motion and stress equation for the inner detector was in agreement with the testing result.
