摘  要:针对小井眼井完井套管尺寸小,采用常规举升工艺适应性差,不能满足提液要求的问题,研制了小井眼连续空心杆无油管举升工艺管柱,即采用连续空心杆替代常规抽油杆柱进行无油管举升。该工艺管柱对老油区加密和套损治理类油井具有很好的适应性,可有效解决大泵提液、深抽和防偏磨等问题,又能实现修井过程中的快速和高效作业。胜利油田LNQIX5井的现场试验表明,采用该工艺管柱后,最高日产液39 m3,最高日产油3.9 t,最低含水质量分数84.4%,最高泵效87%。该工艺管柱对于高效挖潜剩余油和提高采收效率等具有重要意义。In light of the problem that the conventional lifting technology cannot meet the need of produced fluid lifting in small holes owing to the small dimensions of completion casing,the small-hole continuous hollow rod tubingless lifting string was developed.In other words,the continuous hollow rod was adopted to replace the conventional rod string to conduct the tubingless lifting.The technological string can effectively solve the problems of large pump lifting,deep pumping and tubing-rod eccentric wear,and can achieve a fast and high-efficiency operation in the process of workover.The field test showed that adoption of the technological string obtained the maximum daily fluid output of 39 m3 and the maximum daily oil output of 3.9 tons.The minimum mass fraction of water was 84.4% and the maximum pump efficiency was 87%.It is of great significance to effective potential tapping of residual oil and improvement of recovery rate.
