N,N′-双(羧乙基苯基次膦酰)乙二胺铝盐的合成和表征

摘　　要：以羧乙基苯基次膦酸、乙二胺为原料,二甲苯为溶剂,合成膨胀型阻燃剂N,N′-双(羧乙基苯基次膦酰)乙二胺铝盐,其最适宜的工艺条件为羧乙基苯基次膦酸与乙二胺的摩尔比为2︰1,在140℃下回流反应8 h,再与硫酸铝成盐,产品收率为93%,通过红外、元素分析、热分析等对产品结构和性能进行了表征.An intumescent flame retardant N,N＇-bis [2-carboxyl ethyl（phenyl） phosphinic acid] ethylenediamine aluminum was synthesized through the 2-carboxyl ethyl（phenyl） phosphinic acid,ethylenediamine.The optimal synthesis conditions were as follows： the molar ratio of the 2-carboxyl ethyl（phenyl） phosphinic acid and ethyl-enediamine was 2︰1 while the reaction was carried out under reflux 140 ℃ for 8 h in xylene,then added alumi-num sulfate into the solution,and the yield was 93%.The structure of obtained product was characterized by IR spectra,CHONS and DSC.
