生产性服务业是经济中心的核心要素——基于上海和香港的实证分析

摘　　要：经济圈发展模式已被众多国家和区域广泛采用。经济中心对区域经济的发展具有重要作用,而生产性服务业是经济中心发挥作用的决定因素。从一定意义上讲,生产性服务业是经济中心的核心要素。通过对生产性服务业对经济中心核心要素作用的探讨和对这一作用进行实证分析,得出的结论是,生产性服务业能够优化经济中心的产业结构,增加经济中心整体就业水平,提高经济中心的核心竞争力;同时,能够为经济中心吸引高素质人才。因此,经济中心城市核心作用的体现需要大力发展生产性服务业。The economic circle development mode has been widely adopted in many countries and regions.The economic center plays an important role in the development of regional economy;while productive service is the decisive factor in the role that economic center is playing.In a sense,productive service is the core elements of the economic center.This paper discusses the effect of productive services as the core elements on the economic center and carries out an empirical analysis of this effect.It draws such a conclusion that productive services can optimize the industrial structure of economic center,increase its overall level of employment,and improve its core competencies;at the same time,it can attract high-quality talents for the economic center.Therefore,the cities of economic centers should strive to develop the productive services to give full play to the core roles.
