摘　　要：在IC宏模型建模过程中,温度特性曲线的模拟是很重要的。建模时,这些温度特性曲线往往通过 SPICE Ⅱ中的温变电阻模型来实现。本文提出了温变电阻的优化设计方法,并用实例验证,结果是令人满意的。In modeling a macromodel of ICs,the si-mulation of temperature characteristic curves isvery important.These characteristics are oftensimulated by the temperature resistor model inthe SPICE-Ⅱ.In this paper,the optimum de-sign method of temperature resistor is presented.Further tests have been made by means oftwo examples and the result is satisfactory.
