摘　　要：从创新和先进制造的相关理论出发,本文提出了基于产业升级的先进制造业四维度理论模型,指出先进制造业是综合运用先进制造技术、先进产品技术、先进商业模式和先进制造组织形式的生产系统。结合当前全球化制造和开放式创新的背景,明确了先进装备制造业(AEMI)、复杂产品系统(CoPS)、全球高附加值制造商业模式(DMS)和全球制造网络(GPN)四位一体的先进制造业战略发展方向,为我国制造业的转型升级提供了理论依据。From the theories of innovation and advanced manufacturing,this paper constructs a four-dimensional theoretical model of advanced manufacturing industry based on industrial upgrading,and points out that advanced manufacturing industry is the production system which integrates advanced manufacturing technology,advanced product technology,advanced business model and advanced manufacturing organizational form.Under the background of global manufacturing and open innovation,it designates advanced equipment manufacturing industry（AEMI）,complex product systems（CoPS）,global high value-added manufacturing business model（DMS） and the global production network（GPN） as quaternity of the strategic direction of advanced manufacturing,providing a theoretical basis for the upgrading of China＇s manufacturing industry.
