摘　　要：针对目前电火花线切割加工程序通过2D图档手工编写,降低了线切割效率且容易出错这一工艺难点,利用UGNX软件的二次开发接口,扩展其输出功能,实现从UG的3D图形直接自动生成线切割加工程序,提升工作效率,避免手动编程出错,促进模具制造的自动化进程。In view of low efficiency and making mistake in existing 2D manual programming of WEDM process,a secondary development port of UGNX software was used to expand its output function,in which way WEDM process can be automatically generated from 3D figure of UG.The work efficiency can be increased,the mistake of manual programming avoided and the automatic process improved.
