摘　　要：介绍了自组织理论的基本概念、研究方法,以及在生命系统上的一些应用,包括自组织理论的热力学基础、确定性的动力学方法、随机性描述方法和多个体模拟方法.以可激发系统中的螺旋波为例进行了案例分析,并介绍了自组织理论的新进展和在不同领域的新应用.The concepts,methods,and applications of self-organization theory were briefly introduccd in biological systems,including the thermodynamic basis of self-organization theory,the deterministic dynamical methods,the stochastic description,and the multi-agents simulation method.As a case study,the spiral wave in excitable media was discussed.The recent development and its applications in various research areas were also briefly presented.
