摘  要:探讨精梳机技术创新及精梳工艺设计方法。分析了我国精梳机技术创新的特点,阐述了精梳工艺设计及产品开发的实例,指出:速度高、配台少、用棉量低、综合质量好、适纺性强、机电一体化水平不断提高是新型精梳机的主要特点。精梳工艺设计是一项系统工程,应充分考虑产品用途与质量要求、设备、原料状况、前后配套工艺流程、有关纺专器材,合理配置各项工艺参数,利用彩棉、染色棉、麻、毛纤维以及新型纤维开发多组分、多配比混纺精梳纱品种,充分发挥高效能精梳机的技术优势,促进精梳产品比例的提升。Technology innovation and processing design of comber were discussed. Characteristics of domestic comber were analyzed, combing processing design and product development examples were introduced. It is pointed out that the main new comber characteristics include higher speed, less supporting machines, less cotton consumption, better comprehensive quality, better spinning performance, higher mechanical and electrical integration level. Combing processing design is system engineering. Product usage and quality demands, equipment and raw material conditions, supporting processing, related special parts and devices should be fully considered. Each processing parameter should be set rationally, multi-component and multi-ratio combed yarns should be produced through selecting color cotton, dyed cotton, flax, wool and new fiber,the technology advantages of higher performance comber should be used fully to promote upgrade of combed product percentage.
