摘  要:探讨精梳机设备改造与质量控制途径。根据几类精梳机的应用实践,总结了A201D型、PX2型精梳机技术改造的主要方法与途径、E62型精梳机技术改进的主要特征及质量控制要点。指出:针对不同机型采取相应技术改造措施,可以进一步挖掘潜力,充分发挥现有设备的效能。对于E62型高效能精梳机,通过合理配置准备工艺,调整分离搭头、优选梳理元件及工艺,控制温湿度、注意解决好生产中棉网接合不良、破边、黏边等问题,从而达到控制棉结、稳定和提高精梳质量的目的。Upgrade and quality control methods of comber equipment were discussed. According to combers applications,the main technology modification methods of A201D comber and PX2 comber were summarized up. Main features and qu'ality control key points of E62 comber technology modification were generalized. It is pointed out that equipment performance can be used fully through adopting corresponding technology modification according to different machines. For E62 comber, preparation processing should be set rationally,detaching lap should be adjusted,carding components and processing should be optimized, temperature & humidity should be controlled, cotton web bonding worse, cracked selvage,sticky selvage problems in production should be resolved well, finally neps can be controlled well and combing quality can be improved.
