摘　　要：探讨PX2型精梳机工艺对成纱质量的影响。通过对影响精梳质量的准备工艺流程、落棉率、精梳机速度、有效输出长度、锡林类型、给棉长度等各项工艺配置进行试验研究,分析和总结了影响精梳及成纱质量的因素,指出:应深入研究相关参数对精梳条质量及成纱质量的影响,加强试验分析,不断进行优化筛选,才能最大程度地发挥设备效能,改善产品质量。Effects of PX2 comber processing on yarn quality were discussed. Each processing configuration include preparation processing, waste percentage, comber speed, effective delivery length, cylinder type, length of feed plate et al were tested and studied. Factors of effecting combing and yarn quality were analyzed and summarized. It is pointed out effect of related parameters on combed sliver quality and yarn quality should be studied deeply, analyses should be strengthened, equipment performance can be used fully and product quality can be improved through optimization.
