并粗车间集散式生产监测系统的升级开发

摘　　要：为提高并粗车间的生产管理水平,减少劳动力成本和生产数据的重复利用,在原有监测系统功能的基础上,对系统的数据采集过程、报表格式设置、数据库访问技术进行了改进,并对系统的主要功能、数据库的逻辑结构进行了扩充,在局域网环境下,构建了一种集散式的监测系统管理软件。同时,对系统软件的主要管理功能进行了详细介绍,对设计过程中遇到的技术难点进行了阐述,并提出了相应的解决方案。实践证明,改进后的监测系统使得数据采集过程更加直观,系统功能更加完善,实现了从制订计划到生产过程控制和生产数据统计的网络化管理。To increase production management level in doubling and roving workshop, reduce labor costs and production data reuse, on the base of original monitoring system function, the system was modified from data collection process, report formatting, database visit technology, system main functions and data logic structure were expanded. In local area network ,one kind of distributed monitoring system management software was constructed. Meantime main management functions of system software were introduced in details, technology difficulties in design process were introduced, corresponding solutions were put forward. The practice proves that the collection process of modified monitoring system is more intuitive, the system functions is more perfect, network management from making plan to production process control and production data statistics can be realized.
