绉组织的仿制和设计方法改进研究

摘　　要：研究绉组织的仿制和改进设计的计算机实现方法。根据待分析组织的意匠图矩阵,首先采用模板匹配法提取出完全组织矩阵,并根据经纱交织规律建立相应的穿综矩阵,再通过上机图矩阵关系得到纹板矩阵,最后通过计算机产生随机排列作为穿综矩阵的方法,实现了绉组织的改进设计。研究表明:采用模板匹配法和计算机随机排列的方法,可以实现绉组织的仿制和改进设计。Computer implementation methods of crepe weave copy and modification designs were studied. Accurding to weave drafted pattern matrix,template matching was adopted to abstract full weave matrix,drafting plan matrix was established according to warp interleaving rule. Chain draft matrix was made through threading chart matrix relationship. Finally drafting plan matrix method was made through computer random permutation, crepe weave modification design was realized. The research shows that crepe weave copy and modification design can be realized through adopting template matching and computer random permutation.
