摘  要:为开发柔丝纤维面料,通过优选纺纱各工序工艺,重点解决柔丝纤维在纺纱过程中的棉结问题;浆纱采用低黏浆料配方,适当增加氨基甲酸酯变性淀粉、丙烯类浆料含量,合理上浆率、回潮率等工艺措施,以减少再生毛羽的产生;优选生物酶对坯布进行处理。生产实践证明:通过重点降低成纱棉结,采用以氨基甲酸酯变性淀粉为主浆料的配方及酶退浆、酶精练、溢流染整工艺,可以开发出满足设计要求的柔丝纤维面料。To develop rousi fiber fabric, each spinning processing was optimized, neps problem in spinning rousi yarn was resolved. Size mixture instruction with lower viscosity was adopted. Contents of modified starch carhamate and Acrylic size mixture were added properly, sizing percentage and regain were set rationally to reduce the regenerated hairi- ness. Enzyme was optimized to treat gray cloth. The practice shows that through reducing yarn neps,adopting modified starch carbamate as main size mixture, using enzyme desizing, enzyme refined, overflow dyeing & finishing, finally rousi fiber fabric can be developed according to requirements.
