摘　　要：为提高二级以上医疗卫生机构在对口支援乡镇卫生院项目成效,文章对支援前后各环节进行了探讨。包括支援前分析受援乡镇卫生院的现状及发展前景,制定支农期间乡镇卫生院的工作目标,以及在支援过程中如何共同促进乡镇卫生院工作目标的完成。In order to improve the effectiveness of hospitals at grade II and above supporting township health centers,every parts before and after the supporting were discussed,including analysis of the township health centers＇status and prospects,development goals and cooperation to achieve these goals.
