摘 要:为了克服硬开关式逆变弧焊电源存在的开关损耗大以及过电流、过电压等影响,建立了双零软开关逆变弧焊电源系统,分析了系统的工作原理;利用Matlab r2006a软件分别建立了双零软开关电路系统与硬开关系统的仿真模型,并对系统的特性进行了仿真。通过与硬开关系统的对比分析可以看出,软开关系统实现了超前臂的零电压开通和滞后臂的零电流关断,并获得了一套实现超前臂零电压开通、滞后臂零电流关断的系统参数。仿真结果表明,所建立的软开关系统的功耗与安全性等性能明显优于硬开关,且为软开关系统的优化设计提供了指导。In order to overcome the effects of large switching losses,over-current,over-voltage which exist in hard-switching inverter welding power source, this paper established a double-zero soft-switching inverter arc welding power supply system and analyzed the working principle of the system,and established a double-zero soft-switching circuit system and the hard-switching system simulation model by using the Matlab r2006a software,and simulated characteristics of the system.Compared with the hard-switching system,we can see that the soft-switching system make zero-voltage of the leading leg turn-on and lagging leg zero-current turn-off, at the same time ,a 'suit of simulated parameter which achieved ZVS of leading leg and ZCS of lagging leg were obtained.The simulation results show that the power and security of soft-switching system which we established is superior to hard-switching,which get the ready for optimizing the design of the soft-switching system.
