矮小型品系(S3系)种蛋孵化减量规律研究

摘　　要：以矮小型品系(S3系)21 000枚种蛋为材料对种蛋孵化期减量情况进行系统测定。结果显示,种蛋的平均减量率为13.56%,死胚蛋的减量率高于活胚蛋(P<0.05);种蛋减量率与蛋质量太小有关,各个阶段的减量和减量率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);入孵蛋质量与不同阶段胚蛋质量呈强正相关(P<0.01),且与雏鸡的出雏质量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。早期种蛋分级孵化,有利于提高雏鸡整齐度。In order to discover weight loss of S3 line eggs during incubation,21 000 eggs were involved.The results showed that average rate of egg weight loss was 13.56%,and die embryos of weight loss rate is higher than living embryos eggs（P0.05）.The rate of egg weight loss was positively related with egg weight（P0.01）.Egg weight was positively correlated with embryos in egg weight that in different incubation stage（P0.05）.The bigger the egg weight was,the bigger the birth weight.Early selection classification is helpful to improve the chicks hatching.
