摘 要:为了探讨猪瘟脾淋苗与细胞苗阻断带毒母猪垂直传播的效果,以3个有代表性的规模化猪场为研究对象,将带毒母猪随机分成3组免疫接种。试验Ⅰ组采用脾淋苗1.5头份免疫,试验Ⅱ组采用脾淋苗2头份免疫,对照组采用细胞苗4头份免疫。以酶联免疫吸附试验检测带毒母猪所产仔猪的猪瘟抗原状况。结果表明,接受猪瘟脾淋苗免疫的带毒母猪所产仔猪的抗原阳性率(20.37%,11/54)明显低于接受细胞苗免疫母猪所产仔猪的抗原阳性率(48.15%,13/27),且试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组之间无明显差异。说明猪瘟脾淋苗免疫阻断带毒母猪垂直传播效果明显。In order to analysis effect of classical swine fever(CSF) spleen-and-lymph-tissue-originated vaccine and cell vaccine on blocking vertical transfer of classical swine fever virus(CSFV) through infected sow,the sow with CSFV from 3 different farms were divided into 3 groups and vaccinated.The group Ⅰ was injected 1.5 dose of CSF spleen and lymph tissue origin vaccine.The group Ⅱ was injected 2 dose of CSF spleen and lymph tissue origin vaccine.The control group was injected 4 dose of CSF cell vaccine.Antigen from the piglets borne by the sows with CSFV was detected by ELISA.The results indicated that the positive rates of CSF(20.37%,11/54) from the piglets borne by the sows vaccinated with the spleen and lymph tissue origin vaccine were significantly lower than those(48.15%,13/27) from the piglets borne by the sows vaccinated with the cell vaccine.Meanwhile,there was no significant difference between the groups I and II.It suggested that the spleen and lymph tissue origin vaccine seemed to be better to block vertical transfer of CSFV in sow.
