摘  要:通过石蜡切片对甘蓝型油菜CMS212A和GMS1665A败育过程进行观察,发现CMS212A花药败育发生在孢原细胞时期,没有造孢细胞和花粉囊的分化,其败育机制较为复杂。而1665A花药进入减数分裂时期绒毡层膨大,使营养物质运抵小孢子母细胞过程受阻,使小孢子母细胞因营养缺乏而死亡。同时,胼胝质酶没有适时的降解胼胝质使小孢子细胞无法正常释放,少数释放出的小孢子也因畸形而无法形成正常的花粉粒而解体。后期绒毡层出现液泡化,挤压药室直至其消失,导致完全败育。With paraffin sections,we observed the anther abortion of Brassica napus L.CMS212A and GMS1665A.The results showed that CMS212A anther abortion happens during the original spore cell stage and had no differentiation of sporogenous cells and the pollen sac.The abortion mechanism of CMS212A is extremely complex.The anther tapetum of 1665A begins enlarging during meiosis,which makes it hard to deliver nutrients to microspore mother cells,and at last microspore mother cells died from lack of nutriments.Meanwhile,the callosum enzyme doesn't degradate callose timely,resulting in the failure of releasing microspore.Although a small amount of microspore was released,they could not develop into natural microspore because of malformation.Later tapetum turned up vacuolar and giant,and tapetum cells occupied the pollen sac,which finally caused complete sterility.
