不同烤烟品种叶片碳氮代谢及相关产物差异性

摘　　要：以豫烟5号、豫烟6号、中烟98、中烟100、中烟101和云烟85为试验材料,研究不同烤烟品种不同生长阶段碳氮代谢的规律以及质量差异。结果表明,从移栽后45 d开始,不同生长阶段烟叶色素含量、硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性都存在显著性差异,随着烟叶的生长成熟,叶绿素、硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性均呈下降趋势;不同烤烟烟叶除质体色素含量仅在移栽后90 d时达到显著性差异外,硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性在整个生长时期均达到显著性差异,其中以中烟101的硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性为最高,豫烟5号最低,其他品种间差异不大,说明不同烤烟品种不同生长阶段的碳氮代谢强度具有显著性差异;从与碳氮代谢相关的产物总糖、烟碱和总氮来看,以中烟101与优质烟标准较为接近,因此适宜在山西平陆烟区进一步试验种植。The differences of foliar carbon and nitrogen metabolism among cultivars of flue-cured tobacco were studied with the materials of Yuyan5,Yuyan6,ZY98,ZY100,ZY101 and Yunyan85.The results showed that,（i） From 45 days after cultivation,in different growth periods,the pigments and activities of nitrate reductase（NR） and invertase（Inv） had significant differences.With the growth of tobacco leaves,the pigments,NR activity and Inv activity showed a downward trend.（ii） The content of pigments showed significant differences only in 90 days after cultivation,but NR activity and Inv activity had significant differences among cultivars of flue-cured tobacco.NR activity and Inv activity were the highest in ZY101 and the lowest in Yuyan 5,but they had small differences among other cultivars of flue-cured tobacco.The conclusion indicated that the intensity of foliar carbon and nitrogen cetabolism had significant differences among different cultivars of flue-cured tobacco.（iii） From the related products of foliar carbon and nitrogen metabolism,the quality of ZY101 was nearer to the standards of high quality tobacco than other cultivar of flue-cured fobacco,so ZY101 can be grown in Pinglu county of Shanxi for further study.
