摘　　要：提出了远程数字坐标导航和监控的警务报警系统实现解决方案,对各个功能模块进行了系统的规划,阐述了基于3G在开发过程中的常见的技术和应用。This paper deals with system solutions of navigation and control of remote digital coordinates of the police alarm,each functional modules are planed ssystematically.The common technologies and applications in the development process based on 3G are described too.
