摘 要:为科学实施太湖流域城镇污水处理厂一级A提标建设,江苏省政府在省级财政资金中安排专项经费3 000万元,由省住房和城乡建设厅集中组织开展太湖流域城镇污水处理厂除磷脱氮提标改造技术攻关。技术攻关科研项目包括10个课题,省住房和城乡建设厅于2008年3月面向全国公开招标确定10个课题研究单位,2009年9月完成全部10个课题的成果鉴定工作,总共历时一年多。这次技术攻关取得了一系列国际先进和国内领先的科研成果,研究、筛选了一批经济、适用的城镇污水处理厂一级A提标技术。同时,在技术攻关组织与管理方面取得的经验,也得到了国内城镇污水处理行业权威专家们的普遍盛赞和高度肯定。For scientific implementation of upgrading and retrofitting of MWWTPs for nitrogen and phosphorus removal in Taihu Lake basin, a special fund of 30 million yuan was appropriated by Jiangsu Province government from the provincial financial capital, and the technical innovations for upgrading and retrofitting of MWWTPs were organized by the housing and urban-rural development department. The technical innovation projects included 10 topics, of which the research units were determined through na- tionwide invitation to bid in March 2008, and the achievements were approved in September 2009, which lasted more than one year. A series of important scientific achievements were obtained, and some economic and applicable upgrading technologies of MWWTPs for the first level A criteria were studied and chosen. Furthermore, the experience in organization and management of the technical innovations was praised and confirmed by experts in wastewater treatment in China.
