摘  要:大庆石化污水厂改扩建工程的出水水质由原来的《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准提高至一级标准。工程设计中,对传统A/O工艺进行了深入分析,确定了对原有曝气池进行改扩建的方案,在保留原有曝气池曝气功能的基础上,新建一座生化池。改扩建后的生化系统包括脱气池、生物选择池、缺氧池、好氧池四个部分,可确保正常生产时的脱气、生物选择、硝化和反硝化功能,并可实现两座生化池的不停工检修。工程建成投产后,生化系统出水水质良好,系统运行稳定,操作方便。The objective of reconstruction and extension projects of Daqing oil refinery wastewater plant was to improve the effluent quality from the second class criteria to the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). Through the in-depth analysis of conventional A/O process, the scheme for reconstruction and extension of old aeration tank was established. A biochemical tank was newly built, and the aeration function of the old aeration tank was remained. The reconstructed and extended biochemical system includes four parts: degassing tank, biological selection tank, anoxic tank and aerobic tank. The functions of degassing, biological selection, nitrification and denitrification are fulfilled. The two biochemical tanks can be overhauled without interrupting normal production. After the completion and putting into operation of the projects, the biochemical system has good effluent quality, stable operation and convenient manipulation.
