摘  要:研究了Na2S2O8(0.1—2 mmol.L-1)、Cu2+/Zn2+(0.1—0.9 mg.L-1)单独对于水中的总细菌杀灭的效果,以及Cu2+/Na2S2O8、Zn2+/Na2S2O8和Cu2+/Zn2+与Na2S2O8协同杀灭总细菌效果.在Cu2+/Na2S2O8体系中,Cu2+/Na2S2O8杀菌率随Cu2+浓度增加而增加;Cu2+大于0.7 mg·L-1,杀菌率的增加速率明显降低;Cu2+与Na2S2O8之间存在协同杀菌效果.在Zn2+/Na2S2O8体系中,其杀菌率也随Zn2+浓度增加而增加,只是增加幅度相对于Cu2+/Na2S2O8体系要低;当Zn2+大于0.8 mg·L-1,杀菌率增加的速率同样迅速降低.实验结果表明,在Cu2+/Na2S2O8和Zn2+/Na2S2O8体系中,酸性条件下的杀菌率高于碱性条件下的杀菌率.在Cu2+/Zn2+与Na2S2O8体系中,协同系数的正交试验极差分析结果表明,4个因素对于协同系数的影响:反应时间>Cu2+>pH>Zn2+.另外,正交实验还表明,Cu2+/Zn2+与Na2S2O8体系对于大肠杆菌同样表现出良好的杀菌效果.Cu2+ /Zn2+ and Na2S2O8 were used as a disinfectant to kill the total bacteria in the raw water.The synergistic germicidal efficacy of Cu2+ /Zn2+ and Na2S2O8 was investigated.The germicidal efficacy increased with Cu2+ concentration.In Cu2+ /Na2S2O8 disinfecting system,the germicidal efficacy decreased rapidly when Cu2+ is greater than 0.7 mg · L-1.Likewise,Zn2+ increased the germicidal efficacy in Zn2+ /Na2S2O8.The increasing rate of the germicidal efficacy appeared to be much slower while Zn2+ is greater than 0.8 mg · L-1 in Zn2+ /Na2S2O8 disinfectant system.The experiment results also showed that lower pH resulted in higher germicidal efficacy.The orthogonal experiment indicated that Rtime〉 RCu2+〉 RpH 〉RZn2+ i〉n Cu2+ /Zn2+ and Na2S2O8 system,which means the impact in synergistic co-efficiency: time 〉Cu2+〉pH 〉Zn2+.Addtionally,the orthogonal experiment also indicated that a high germicidal efficacy rate of E.coil could be readhed in Cu2+ /Zn2+ and Na2S2O8 system.
