摘 要:高压直流输电晶闸管阀开通产生的电流应力是其电气特性研究的重要内容之一。对阀开通电流应力分析的原有电路模型进行了改进,并对阀开通的暂态过程进行较为详尽的分析。分析把把开通过程分为3个阶段进行,并推导出各阶段晶闸管阀开通电流应力计算的非线性微分方程组,采用龙格-库塔法对方程组进行计算;此外对晶闸管阀换相开通的电流应力及其影响因素进行较为全面深入的分析,最后得到各种运行条件和各类电路参数变化时开通电流应力的变化情况,并总结出其中的关键因数。The current stress caused by turn-on of HVDC thyristor valves is one of the most important electrical characteristics.In this paper,the original circuit model for the analysis of turn-on current stress was improved,and the analysis for turn-on transient process was performed.Turn-on process is divided into three phases for effective analysis.Moreover,nonlinear differential equations were deduced and Runge-kutta method was adopted for current stress calculation.Detailed analyses of turn-on current stress on thyristors were performed.Finally the changes of turn-off voltage stress with different application conditions and different circuit parameters were obtained;and key factors were also summarized.
