摘 要:对30/20极的混合励磁双凸极发电机(hybrid excitation doubly salient generator,HEDSG)的开关磁阻发电(switched reluctance generating,SRG)方式进行研究。建立该电机的有限元模型,并进行发电机空载情况下的仿真,获得气隙磁密分布和空载电压仿真波形。通过仿真和试验得到该电机在开关磁阻发电模式下不同负载电流时的电压波形,从而得到发电机的外特性。阐述了相磁链和输出电压随负载电流变化的原因。仿真和试验均验证了HEDSG在SRG模式下励磁电流对输出电压具有良好的控制能力。实验结果表明,通过施加负向励磁电流可以限制短路电流的大小。This paper researched the switch reluctance generating(SRG) mode of a 30/20-pole doubly salient hybrid excitation machine(HEDSG).At first,the finite element simulation model was set up.The no-load situation of the 30/20-pole hybrid excitation doubly salient generator was simulated.And the air gap flux density drawing and the voltage waveforms were obtained from the simulation.Then,the output voltage waveforms under different loading current with SRG mode were obtained from the simulation and experiments.The external characteristic of the SRG mode with the HEDSG was induced.The relationship between the output voltage and the loading current was analyzed.At last,the field current regulation function for the output voltage of the SRG mode of the HEDSG was verified by simulation and experiments.The experimental results show that the short-circuit current can be limited by asserting the negative field current.
