摘　　要：当前以高值耗材为重点的医用耗材管理成为医院、监管部门和行业研究的热点领域,其管理水平直接影响医院的医疗质量和经济效益,医用耗材原有的静态、粗放式管理模式已难以满足目前医院的高速发展。本文探讨如何基于供应链管理理念,建立一套高值耗材全程监管信息化管理系统,通过条码和信息技术的结合对各环节实现信息化动态跟踪,促进物资流、资金流和信息流的整合,并实现对高值耗材科学、有效的全程监控与管理,为不断提高医疗安全质量管理水平提供充分的保障。Currently,medical consumables management,to focus on high-value medical consumables,has become hot research area of hospital,regulatory and industry.Its management level directly affects the medical quality and economic efficiency of the hospital.The original static and extensive mode of medical consumables management has been difficult to meet the rapid development of hospital.This paper discusses how to establish an entire regulation management system of high-value Consumables,based on the theory of supply chain management.It realizes dynamic tracking by the combination of bar code and information technology and promotes the integration of material flow,capital flow and information flow.So that the high-value consumables management tends to be scientific and effective,and provides adequate protection to continuously improve the level of medical safety and quality management.
