摘　　要：设计了一种基于IR2136的智能功率模块电路,介绍了驱动芯片IR2136的性能特点,给出了主电路的设计,并用PSpice软件对设计电路进行了仿真验证,结果证明了电路设计的可行性。An intelligent power module circuit based on IR2136 is designed.The features of IR2136 are described.The process of design is presented.And the circuit is simulated with the PSpice software.The results of the simulation show that the design is practical and reasonable.
