摘　　要：中医基础理论术语是中医药学科术语的基础,关系到中医药学科和行业的发展。《中医基础理论术语》的制定具有重要意义。为体现中医基础理论术语的特点,必须遵守国家法律和法规,并符合术语编写的国家标准,同时要贯彻协调一致的原则,且文字表述必须符合中华民族思维习惯和汉语语言的表达方式。该标准涵盖了阴阳、五行、脏象、经络、气血精津液、体质、病因、病机、养生、预防、治则和五运六气等概念体系的共计1130个术语。在术语编写过程中,注重对术语定义的源流观察,区分通用术语与专业术语,厘清科学术语与辞典词语,力求体现中医学的特色,特别注重处理好单义与多义、语言义与语用义和简单与复杂的关系。Basic theory nomenclature of traditional Chinese medicine, which is the basis of nomenclature of TCM,is related to the development of disciplines and industries of TCM. So the compilation of Basic Theory nomenclature of the traditional Chinese medicine is of great significance. To reflect the characteristics of basic theory nomenclature of TCM, national laws and regulations, as well as the national stand- ards on compiling terms, must be complied with. The principle of coordinating should be implemented, and the literal expression must conform to the thinking habit of the Chinese nation and the mode of expression of Chinese language. The standard involves a total of 1130 terms, cover- ing several concept systems, such as yin and yang, five elements, viscera, meridians, qi, blood, fluid and liquid, essence, constitution, disease cause,pathogenesis,health preservation,disease prevention, therapeutic principle and circuit-qi. In terms of the compilation of the stand- ards, observation of the origins of the definition of the terms are focused on, the general terms and professional terms are differentiated, the scientific terms and the dictionary terms are clarified in order to reflect the characteristics of TCM. And the relationship between the univocity and the polysemia, the linguistic meaning and the pragrnatie meaning, and the simplicity and the complexity are paid more attention to.
