晚期胰腺癌及肝癌中药介入治疗疗效评价方法设想

摘　　要：目的:探讨适合中药介入治疗晚期胰腺癌及肝癌的疗效评价方法。方法:采用回顾性的研究方法,记录患者介入治疗2个周期前后的临床资料,评价有关肿瘤客观疗效评价的资料的完整程度。结果:以往的疗效评价方法不能很全面地反映中药介入治疗的疗效。结论:以生存质量为先导的综合疗效评价方法可能更适合于中药介入治疗疗效的评价,有必要进一步探索。Objective：Therapeutic evaluation of Chinese drugs intervention for the treatment of advanced pancreatic and liver cancer. Methods ： A retrospective study method, medicine intervention of clinical data were recorded after two weeks, an objective evaluation of the efficacy evaluation of cancer data completeness. Results ： Clinical evaluation of the previous methods can not quite fully reflected the efficacy of intervention. Conclusion ：To the comprehensive quality of life for the efficacy of the pilot evaluation method may be more suitable for interventional therapy in the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, it is necessary to further exploration.
