摘　　要：目的:为了更深入的研究彭氏眼针的作用机制,明确实验大鼠眼针定位分区方案。方法:通过查阅文献,参照人体眼针八向八线定八区的取穴方案,明确大鼠眼针定位分区。结论:明确大鼠眼针定位分区,提高动物实验的准确性,更深入的研究彭氏眼针的作用机制。Objective ： In order to study the function of Peng＇ s eye - acupuncture deeply, orientational and zonal experimental project of big rat eye - acupuncture will be made clear. Methods ：Through consult reference books and refer to the project of find- ing human body eye - acupuncture＇ s point that 8 areas was confirmed by 8 orientation and 8 line. Results ： Conclusion ： Orientation and zone of big rat eye-acupuncture will be made clear,veracity of animal experiment will be increased, the function of Peng＇ s eye -acupuncture will be studied deeply. ＂
