清养化痰方治疗41例支气管哮喘慢性持续期(肺肾阴虚、痰热内蕴证)患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清养化痰方治疗41例支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的临床疗效,总结周仲瑛教授治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床经验。方法:对符合纳入条件的患者给予清养化痰方,1次10g,1日2次。共服用24周。对于急性发作患者可给予适当的西医治疗。在治疗前,治疗后12周,治疗后24周对病情进行评定。结果:痊愈3例,显效24例,有效11例,无效3例。受试者服用清养化痰方0周、服用后12周、服用后24周,患者的证候总积分、主要症状积分有持续下降趋势、哮喘控制测试评分有持续上升趋势,不同时间点之间具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清养化痰方治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期(肺肾阴虚、痰热内蕴证)有良好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qingyanghuatan pill on the 41 patients of Bronchial Asthma in Remission Period. Summarize the professor Zhou Zhongying＇ s clinical experience. Methods ： the patients who fit the diagnostic criteria took the Qingyanghuatan pill 10 gram twice a day for 24 weeks. The patients in AECOPD could take western medicine. To evaluate the patient＇ s condition ahead the treatment, also 12 weeks and 24 weeks after the treatment. Results：There were 7 patients who were recurred in the 41 cases. 24 patients improved apparently, 11 patients improved and 3 patients invalid. The aggregate scores and the main syndrome scores continued descend in the treating period, the scores of asthma controlling continued ascend, there was significant difference at different time（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：There is exactly clinical effect of Qingyanghuatan pill in treating patients of Bronchial Asthma in Remission Period accompanied by the syndrome type of yin dedicieney of lung and kidney and retention of heat phlegm.
